Pug Posts: Pugapalooza

Hello Friends!

Do you see our little sweet innocent faces?

Editor's Note: Don't let them fool you, folks.
 #girlgang

Well, it has been one CRAZY week in the land of #MaddiethePug and BabyBelle Pug. Mommy likes to refer to weeks like these as:

Pugapalooza

Here's the pug rundown:

1) #MaddiethePug was pretty off her game at the first of the week. I accidentally tee-tee'd Mommy and Daddy's bed. It was a tee-tee explosion that went through the comforter, blankies, sheets all the way to the waterproof mattress pad. Mommy did not think this was #prettykewl. She ended up doing laundry from 7am-3pm, plus giving me pug spa.

2) The next day, #MaddiethePug got sick and had a nougie explosion. I nougie'd everywhere, including on Mommy's sleep shirt and toes. Mommy did more cleaning, laundry and pug spa.

3) BabyBelle Pug was up to her own mischief. While Mommy was unpacking the groceries, BabyBelle Pug managed to eat half a pack of Boar's Head ham out of a grocery sack. This was #prettykewl to #MaddiethePug. You know why? Mommy said we might as well eat the rest of the pack since her pug lips had been all over the meat. PUG SCORE!

4) BabyBelle Pug rolled the house in toilet paper. She really loves toilet paper. Sometimes I think BabyBelle Pug is part nanny goat. #prettyweird

After all this Mommy was pretty exhausted. But she has to #dealwithit. Mommy loves pugs and you know:

Editor's Note: But wine, YES. So much yes.

We just rested while she did all the work. And thankfully, I am feeling much better.

BabyBelle Pug is still crazy though.

Do your fur friends or kids ever do crazy stuff during the week? Do you get exhausted? Let us know in the comments below!

Ready for another fun week, I am,

  5. Sounds all very normal for round here! I blame the bed leakage incident on Mum buying new bedding...well a girlie do haf to mark the bed to make it her own doesn't she? And its not my fault the peeps didn't notice straight away giving the leakage time to work its way through quilts and sheets and mattress covers! Why do peeps make such a fuss about washing bedding late at night?
Pawsome innocent looks there girls, must go practise mine!

  9. Ugh last week was my Puggle's bad week. She got sick and barfed all over the place. Then she decided why not pee on mom's bed (but on dad's side). Maybe it is something in the air!!! Cleaning up after two humans and one dog...not too fun but hey it is my life! xoxoxox Amanda

  13. Crazy pugs!
Delly had a split toe-nail a few weeks ago that started bleeding. She ran away from us as we tried to help her, and subsequently she got blood everywhere!! All over the couch, even on a curtain. Then she wouldn't stop licking it. And then the nail fell off completely! It was crazy, but all good now. All you can do is laugh it off.

  19. Maddie, let me tell you something pug to person. If I won the power ball lotto and didn't have to work anymore, I would still take a part time job to get away from Ries and Sadie. If I have to be inside for more than 2 days, they drive me crazy. How to little dogs manage to get into trash cans, jump up and eat off the counters when they are you know, short, and forget the doggie door is open and 'accidentally' potty inside. I swear to you, I couldn't do it. Your mommy is a saint I tell ya!

  20. Pugs are like have little kids. We have more problems when the weather is cold cause they don't have unlimited access to the doggy door. Mom was cleaning up hershey squirts in the back hallway Friday night about 10:30pm ugh!

  30. Mom Kim here - Shiloh, my oldest Beagle at almost 13y.o., still counter-surfs making sure I don't leave anything too close to the edge of the counter. Shasta, my 9yo Beagle, still goes around emptying trash cans or my jacket pockets to make sure there is nothing in any of them that shouldn't be - even dirty kleenex or paper towels or other trash in the trash cans around the house. It only happens 3 or 4 times a year but Shasta will pee on my bed - a couple of times has happened IMMEDIATELY after I put clean mattress cover, sheets and bedspread on the bed. Rarely but it does happen they leave poo in the house.

I also wanted to take this time to thank you for stopping by our blog(Team Beaglebratz) and following our blog. Lately Blogger has been making some changes in their system and I have lost a few followers - it is nice to see a new face (or faces, including Maddie and BabyBell)

    1. Omgosh then you know my pain!! Haha I love them so much tho; wouldn't change it for the world. We found out Maddie had a stomach bug so that's what was going on with her. She just got completely back to normal today.
Thank you too!! We love meeting new people!! I try to stop by everyone's posts during the week and comment (tho I get a little lazy on weekends!). You'll be seeing me around!!
      Hugs!! Xxoo
