Pug Posts: Red Sox Pug Fan & Baseball Fever

Hello Pug Post Friends, #MaddiethePug is back in the house!

Just hanging out.  Being awesome.  You know, the usual.

Did you guys know that #MaddiethePug is a baseball fan?  My daddy loves the Red Sox, so, of course, I love the Red Sox. My daddy even had a Red Sox grooms cake when he married my mommy.

The cake was #prettykewl.  It had a strawberry filling.

#MaddiethePug has been to see the Red Sox play. My daddy took me to Dog Day at Fenway. This is a special day at Fenway Park when the Red Sox invites their fur-fans to come to a game. It's not just #prettykewl, it's friggen awesome!

On the day of the big game, my daddy and I, dressed in my special Red Sox jersey, walked down the Charles River to Fenway Park.  I got to go out on the warning track and parade in front of everyone.  I was a big hit, obviously.  I sat in the seats with my daddy and had a hot dog, fries, pretzel and my own water bowl. There was even a picnic in the park on Fenway for #MaddiethePug and the other puppies.

Since we had to travel to Boston, #MaddiethePug got to stay in a hotel.  #MaddiethePug LOVES to stay in the hotel because there is this thing called room service which is a thing of beauty. You get your own cheeseburger - delivered straight to you!

Pugs and cheeseburgers go together like peanut butter and jelly.

Since baseball fever is all over the pug-place, I wanted to let you all know that my mommy's blog friend Laura over at Simply Me, The Way I See It wrote a #prettykewl post on baseball you need to check out.  It's for all you ladies that have husbands or boyfriends or friends that are baseball fanatics and will help you learn all about the great game, the easy way.  Thanks Laura for making such a pugtastic post!

  1. OMD! You were able to go the game in the fur and eat baseball stadium foodables? I am sooooo jealous! My parents love college baseball and they scream at the television. Our team LSU just won tonight and gets to go to the College World Series! Can you imagine the yelling that is going to be happening next weekend? My ears are already getting prepared. We stayed at the hotel in Nashville but did not get room service. Let me talk to Mom about this injustice!
